I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Michael and Amber of Pristine Reflections provided. I needed a thorough cleaning of a recently purchased home prior to move in. The house was in really bad need of a deep cleaning, including inside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, inside of fridge, oven, microwave, etc. Basically any surface you can think of, the house needed to be cleaned. 

Michael and Amber came out the day after I called them to provide a quote. They were flexible with the schedule and agreed to meet me a little earlier so that we can walk through the house before I left for work to get the estimate. They explained the different types of cleaning products they used and the reason why they choose each product. It shows that they definitely put a lot of thought and effort into each product they use, and they're not just grabbing a spray off the shelf at Walmart. 

They provided me a detailed, thorough quote later that day, and called to speak to me about it. They were in constant contact prior to our appointment and showed up on time as expected. They spent the entire day doing the job even better than described. When I walked into the house afterwards, it was like an entirely new home. Every surface was cleaned and disinfected as thoroughly as possible. In the areas where there were permanent stains, Michael clearly pointed those out and explained what steps he did take to try and clean it.
