Pristine Reflections Property Management was created to solve these problems and more.  

For the past 8 years, I have owned and operated Pristine Reflections, a commercial and residential cleaning service. Throughout this time, I have formed long-term relationships with hundreds of different clients, including many different clients with private vacation homes. Because I was raised to always treat other people how I want to be treated, this is part of our business. I treat our clients’ homes the same way I would treat my own home. While personally providing the cleaning services, I always took the time to inspect vacation homes for leaks or mechanical problems - even though we only charged our clients for cleaning services. If I noticed a leak on the ceiling, mildew around the windows, a running toilet, etc., I would take pictures and videos to email our clients. After seeing these detailed emails with pictures and videos, our clients often exclaimed, "You care for our home better than the Property Management company I hire!" After hearing this one too many times, I decided to become a fully licensed Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC). After receiving my license, I launched Pristine Reflections Property Management.

One advantage I offer to our clients is that I perform all of the services myself with the occasional help of my wife. You can search through Google and you will not find another Property Management company where the owner will be personally performing the inspections and communicating directly with you. With the background I have in general construction trades for 7 years prior to launching Pristine Reflections, I am familiar with the points of failure for a home. While I no longer perform any major repairs, I have close, personal friends that operate stellar businesses in most of the trades (roofing, plumbing, electrical, concrete/masonry, carpentry, painting, flooring, landscaping, window cleaning, etc.). This allows me to recommend a trustworthy company that you can rely on to perform any needed repairs correctly.

My wife and I celebrated 10 years of marriage in February 2022. When we are not caring for our clients’ homes, we enjoy exploring the beautiful place we call home. Whether walking on the greenway, going out on the water from the Limehouse bridge, heading to Beachwalker park on Kiawah or enjoying one the Artwalks downtown, we love to explore Charleston’s parks and beaches and wildlife. We enjoy meeting new people, and we love meeting their pets too! Besides this, my wife and I participate in a volunteer ministry reaching out to those who want to learn more about our Creator’s purpose for the future of the planet earth.

In order to allow time for some of the more important things in life, I purposely keep a small number of clients. This allows me to provide each client with exceptional service and communication.
